Pupiel Anglemenga  is a freshman at Manhattan High School. She is currently a staff writer for the Mentor. 

Anglemenga grew up in Ghana, and moved to Manhattan in January. Anglemenga is trilingual, knowing English, Mfinante, and Twi. Anglemenga loved that the school activities were free and that was a change for her. Anglemenga’s had many positive experiences living here already, and although she misses her friends and family still in Ghana, she is happy to be here. 

Some hobbies of Anglemenga include singing and babysitting. As she gets older Anglemenga would like to get into a good university, to work as a pediatrician.
