By Xavier Martinez   Lewison was a Sports Editor last year; now he is Editor-in-Chief of the mentor newspaper. Lewison got into Student Media after meeting journalism teacher Kristy Nyp during STEM camp the summer before his eighth grade year. He loved what they did at STEM camp and when he came to Manhattan high he got into writing and sports broadcasting. “Yeah, so for a career, I want to be a sports broadcaster especially for football, basketball, and baseball,” Lewison said. Lewison wants to work for a big station like ESPN, NBC, and CBS, his dream is to work full time for the Green Bay Packers or for the Kansas City Royals. “I want to work for a big station. And really, just because I love watching sports,” Lewison said.
