Junior Izzy Maxwell is a photographer for The Mentor, She started just this year pursuing the perfect shot.
“I hope to capture some good moments of people feeling strong emotions like pride and being happy,” Maxwell said.
Maxwell’s interest in art expands to her writing as well from writing about a worm taking over the word to a Dungeons and Dragons campaign with her friends.
“Ive been playing Dungeon and Dragons since freshman and just have fallen love with it ever since,” Maxwell said. “It all started when I accidentally made a decent character.”
Maxwell participates in band and has learned many instruments through her seven years.
“I get where people are coming from about how their instruments have flaws and strengths from playing eleven different instruments,” Maxwell said.
