MK Mallean is a senior and a new staff writer. Mallean doesn’t have a position on staff yet but is hoping to do some photography. Not only is Mallean a very creative individual, she always tends to think outside of the box. 

“My best qualities are that I’m super bubbly, I have an eye for the little things and I’m a big yapper,” said Mallean.

Mallean was born in Manhattan, Kansas and has been doing theatre since the fourth grade and choir for just as long, her favorite out of the two is choir. Chicago is where she wants to go to college for film and a new experience outside of Kansas. While she is here in Kansas, Mallean looks forward to being in Pop’s choir for the seventh hour this school year.  

“It’s exciting and fun although I am a bit anxious for concerts but I’m also remaining quite enthusiastic,” Mallean said.

In Mallean’s free time she enjoys taking pictures of nature or landscapes, cooking or exploring with her friends, listening to music or going for walks. 

“Lemme take some pics of you some time,”Mallean said.
