CiCo Park Opening Mayor Susan E. Adamchak closes the ceremony with a speech. On March 28 Adamchak ended the opening of CiCo park complex ceremony with an amazing speech telling the community how much work, effort, time, planning, and how proud the sports community is for this amazing project for the city.
