Apple reveals iPhone 7 features

Although Apple has revealed many of the new features of the much-anticipated iPhone 7 that is supposed to come out this September, several sources have reported possible changes.

A few things they are thinking about doing are moving the antenna bands to the bottom and top of the iPhone and as a result  comes the removal of the headphone jack. Apple is also planning on upgrading the camera sensor. The company would like to improve the camera to a 16mp camera and may end up taking away the 16gb option and only have a 32gb option, which they say is to compete with Samsung. That will mean you will have more storage on your iPhone.

Many people have concerns about some of the possible iPhone changes, especially the absence of a headphone jack. The reason for this change, however, is Bluetooth headphones that you will have to charge. With the removal of the headphone jack the iPhone 7 will be more water resistant. This will also allow the makers of the iPhone to make the iPhone 7 slimmer.

Other possible changes:

  • Pressure-sensitive home button
  • Improved water resistance
  • Dual-lens camera for iPhone 7 Plus
  • Design similar to iPhone 6s
  • Redesigned antenna bands
