As the date becomes closer, the hype for the Performing Arts department’s winter musical “Mean Girls” is up exponentially. Manhattan High’s production has changed its dates to accommodate other activities.

 “I think it will be very fun to do,” said Thespian president Lesley Sullivan. “There is also another school coming to watch us because they are also performing their own ‘Mean Girls.’” 

The musical will be performed at 7 p.m. on Thursday and Saturday, Feb. 16 and 18, and there will also be a 2 p.m. matinee on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 18 and 19.
