Manhattan Falls Short in Rivalry against Junction City

Manhattan went to play their rivals Junction City on Friday January 6 but fell short by seven as they lost 46-53 This loss puts them at 5-3 to start their season.

MHS gave a battle all game against JC but they could not get over the hump during the game.

“This was a big game and we played hard but there’s a lot of things we need to fix for our next game,” senior Collins Elumogo said.

Manhattans next game will be on Friday January 14 at Washburn Rural.
