Robotics start building

The Manhattan High Robotics Club has started their building process of their robot for their first competition coming up after spring break. The building process so far has taken about six weeks leading up to the final pieces of the build that they’re now working on. Currently they are building one of the arms for their robot, which is one of their last pieces needed before they start coding. After the team is done building the robot the coding group will help code the robot and make it perform commands depending on what the competition is asking the robot to do.

“We are almost done building our robot and after we’re done building it’s time to code and get ready for our competition after spring break,” sophomore Andrei Mazin said.
