Hispanic Student Union and Spanish club hosted an ice cream social during advisory flex time on April 5. It was to promote HSU and Spanish club to recruit more members for the next school year and was an opportunity for members of both clubs to socialize and play board games.

“We’ve had past events that have been canceled due to weather and just other circumstances,” Co President Jarvin Gomez, junior said. “So [HSU and Spanish club] planned this event to finish the year strong.”

HSU plans to host a volleyball tournament and a movie night sometime in April or May before the end of the school year.
