Biology teachers build relationships, spark competition

Freshmen biology teacher, Brad Fabrizius working with his first hour and advisory students. Fabrizius and his student teacher, Tyler Heiying, held a fun lab activity called the “battle of the beaks.” During Fabrizius’s advisory hour, he helps students with their assignments and aims them towards success.

He allows other advisory class students to come to his his classroom to recieve extra help on work. "I think it’s beneficial to understand biology so you know more about your own health, your own body, mind, lifestyle choices," Fabrizus said.
