When did you begin playing music?

I’ve played instruments throughout my childhood and up to now. In early elementary school I picked up the violin, and after a few years switched to cello and played flute in the school band. I’ve played the ukulele since summer of 2015 and baritone and piano since last year.

Why have you continued to pursue music?

It’s a really good combination of having fun and challenging myself. I love continually being able to learn something new. it’s super cool to be able to look up how to play a song you love and in an hour play it and be like “I did that!”.

You previously performed at Manhattan’s Got Talent, what have you learned from that experience?

Tackling something that is intimidating can be very rewarding and fun.
