Freshman Hailey Eilert practices tying balloons into dogs and various animals in her free time. Although balloon tying may not be a fine art class offered at Manhattan High School, classes that are fine art promote the individuality of students and encourage them to try new things. “Balloon animals are a cool way to bring joy to others,” Eilert said.
