The MHS boys bowling team took second as a team on Friday and had the number one and two individual bowlers. Senior Jaden Lang placed second in League behind sophomore Jayden Moreno. Both of them look to get ready to go to regionals on Friday to qualify for state and surpass what they accomplished last year.

“I think me and Jaden have a good shot at state and we just need to keep practicing and getting better to go further than last year,” Moreno said.

The MHS girls bowling team took fourth at League and are preparing for Regionals which will be hosted by Washburn Rural at Topkea-West Ridge Lanes. Girls will start at 8:50 a.m. and boys will start at 1 p.m.

Satte for both boys and girls will be on March 3 at Wichita-Northrock Lanes.
