Apps designed to help students stay organized

In this day and age, students often find themselves distracted by their technology and it prevents them from getting work done. However, these apps have been created and designed to help students study and stay organized.

iStudiez Pro: For the students who find themselves to struggle without a plan or system, iStudiez Pro is the whole package. It can handle your class schedule, future assignments and teacher contacts all at once. While it does come at a price of $2.99, many students find the small price to be worth it when it comes to how it has helped them stay on track and keep their grades up.

Documents: We all know the feeling of having too many emails and too many passwords when it comes to accounts where we keep our assignments. However, Documents mixes all of your accounts — such as Google Drive, Dropbox and so on — and shows you everything you have in one place. So no need to retry that email over and over in order to find that Powerpoint you need.

Brainscape: Fan of flashcards? Stop worrying about keeping them all together. Brainscape is an app where any student can create their own digital set of flashcards for any subject of their choice. An easier way of studying for a test or final.

My Study Life: A very basic, simple planner for students who just need a helpful hand when it comes to keeping their assignments and events organized. A student can set due dates and reminders with ease.

iMathematics Pro: For the student with iTunes money they don’t know how to spend, this $6.99 app is the perfect companion for any struggling math student. It provides hundreds of practice problems and information on an array of equations for different math subjects. iChemistry and iPhysics is also available.

Coffitivity: Not so much for organization or studying, but this little music app is helpful for the students who both can’t study in silence, yet music is distracting. Coffitivity is an app that provides an ambient coffee shop background noise soundtrack. Odd, but many find this to be motivating and easy listening when studying.
