For any senior involved in athletics, the experience of ending your final high school seasons had both good and bad. For senior Chrissy Carr, it was  a step into the next chapter of her life as her next competition will be on the college court.

“I’m really excited to start activities with K-State,” Carr said. “I’m looking forward to move-ins and lifting workouts over the summer.”

Although Carr is now onto college, the ending of her high school athletic career wasn’t entirely perfect.

“I felt like I could’ve done more and took better control of the team,” Carr said. “But overall I played hard and tried my best. I felt like my senior season went well even though we didn’t get the ending we wanted. I’m blessed to have made it this far.”
