Jorryn Hall, senior
Shotput, discus, javelin
Q: What’s your favorite thing about throwing and your events?
A: I feel like I’ve been doing it so long that I just love the competition part. I like competing with a lot of other people that are super good at what they do.
Q: Going off of that, how long have you been doing track, and what inspired you?
A: I’ve been doing track since I was like four, but growing up and doing since when I was nine.
Q: What’s your favorite memory?
A: I’d probably say after the State meet, going to Braum’s and just hanging out or at the State meet, and hanging out with people in the hotel rooms. That’s super fun.
Q: Alright. Last question, what are you looking forward to most in track and field this season or in the future?
A: This season, I really hope to triple metal at State. That’d be super cool, just the opportunity to compete at State and then in the future, obviously doing track in college. I hope to place well, at conferences or track things like that, just to improve.
