How did you get started in theatre?

I did the summer musical that was put on by the Manhattan Parks and Rec Department in fourth grade. The musical was “Seussical” and I played the role of Mayzie LaBird. Ever since I was involved in every possible theatre thing I can possible do.

What are you currently doing?

Right now I am currently in the musical “Hello, Dolly!” and am Dolly Levi. I am also the President of the Thespians Club. We are preparing for a children’s camp on Oct. 20.

Why do you like theatre?

Theatre is really fun because of all the people you meet. Theatre is fun because you can be part of a big family and have fun being a part of musicals.
